Some proposals feel perfectly tied to the place where they happen — and Connor and Jacqui’s Naples Pier proposal was one of those moments.
Connor chose one of the most iconic locations in Southwest Florida to ask the question: the beach just steps from the Naples Pier, where white sand, Gulf views, and glowing sunsets create an unforgettable backdrop.
Even though it was a windy and unusually chilly day for Naples, the energy of the Gulf and the dramatic sky made the evening even more memorable.
And of course, Jacqui said yes.
A Surprise Proposal Near Naples Pier
Connor had planned the moment carefully. As they walked along the beach near the Naples Pier, with waves rolling in and the sun beginning to dip toward the horizon, he got down on one knee and asked Jacqui to marry him.
The wind coming off the Gulf added a little drama to the moment — waves crashing, hair blowing, and the sky beginning to glow with sunset color.
Even with the breeze, the moment felt incredibly intimate. Just the two of them, the Gulf of Mexico, and the excitement of a brand new chapter beginning.

After the proposal, we spent some time capturing engagement photos along the beach near the Naples Pier.
The light that evening was beautiful. As the sun dropped lower in the sky, the clouds lit up in soft gold and warm coastal tones — one of those classic Naples sunsets that make the Gulf Coast so special.
The movement from the wind added a natural energy to the photos, creating moments that felt spontaneous and full of life.
It was the perfect way to celebrate the moment right after the proposal.

After the beach, we headed just a few blocks away to Third Street South, one of the most charming and romantic areas in downtown Naples.
Third Street South is filled with tropical gardens, colorful flowers, and classic coastal architecture, making it an incredible location for engagement photos.
As we walked through the streets we captured photos surrounded by:
• Bougainvillea-covered walkways
• Palm trees and tropical landscaping
• Historic Naples architecture
• Charming storefronts and courtyards
